With the introduction of two important documents,ZF [2016] No.6 and GBF [2016] No.71,the development of prefabricated buildings has become a national strategy to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry.Code for acceptance of construction quality of concrete structures defines the commodity properties of prefabricated components,and the prefabricated components are accepted according to the products entering the site.However,only the performance inspection methods of simply supported flexural components(plates,beams,trusses)are provided in the code,and the performance inspection methods of vertical components such as columns and walls are not specified.Due to the limitations of inspection methods and test devices,the performance inspection of large prefabricated components has always been a blank in the mobilization acceptance of prefabricated components.In the early stage of the research group,a comprehensive test method of local axial compression test and bending test was proposed to test the structural performance of large-scale precast concrete column members.As the main component of prefabricated structure,precast concrete shear wall has the advantages of fast construction,energy saving and environmental protection,but it also has the problems of large section size,many reinforcement,the loading inspection of the whole test piece is not easy to implement,the bending compression shear composite stress,and the bearing capacity inspection index is not easy to determine.Considering the relatively simple fabrication of wall components,referring to the structural performance inspection method of column components,a method of local test piece bending test is proposed.If the performance of local test piece bending structure meets the corresponding index,then the test piece is confirmed to have no defect,so that the structural performance of the overall test piece can be determined.Based on the above scheme,the corresponding experimental research is carried out.The prefabricated shear wall components of the actual project are used for static cutting and split into local test pieces.Due to the uneven reinforcement of the test pieces and the influence of cutting,the layout of the local test pieces is asymmetric,and there is a certain offset.Based on the corresponding experimental study,considering the influence of different longitudinal reinforcement ratio,loading scheme and reinforcement offset,the bearing capacity of each local cut specimen is studied,and the structural performance inspection index of the local cut specimen is proposed.The factory inspection or mobilization acceptance of prefabricated components are usually carried out in the component factory or construction site.There is no special loading device for the laboratory,and the field test is not convenient for implementation.Considering the actual needs,an assembled self balancing loading device suitable for structural performance inspection is designed.The device is designed according to the deformation conditions,and can meet the requirements of field inspection after the actual test and inspection.Figure 33;Table 15;Reference 55...
