Against the background of experience economy, demands towards snow themeparks have increasingly changed from basically functional and aesthetic needs todiversified demands which are consisted of recreational, aesthetic and experience-perceptive features. This reformation have made designers attach great attention tolandscape of experience subject, spatial perception and ideographic space ofexperience object. This paper, from the perspective of experience, analyzed bothsides of snow theme parks experience with the help of relevant theories ofeconomics, psychology, sociology, and then had an exploratory research on designmethod of experience-oriented snow theme park. This paper contains four parts:The first part is the introduction. This part mainly elaborated social andacademic backgrounds, and pointed out purpose, significance and method of thisresearch as well as the scale, content and conception of this research.The second part had an all-round elaboration on snow theme park theory andrelative theories of its perceptive landscape. Perceptual experience theory offeredtheoretical methods for analyses of both sides of snow theme parks experience;applied artistic experience theory, this paper chose snow craft as the object of theexperience to research on prototype experience; landscape narrative space theoryoffered some methods for the research of design for perceptive snow theme parks.The third part analyzed the both sides of experience and offered researchfoundation and point of entry. It figured out features and constructure of snowtheme park experience through classifying and analyzing the experience types;worked out necessity of research on prototype experience and status and features ofsubject perception and reception under the analyses of subjects' behaviour andmental processes; drew several aspects of the bigger perceptive influence thatexperience subjects had through analyses the object in the perspective subject.The fourth part brought an open research on the design method of snow themeparks. And it analyzed from the perspective of prototype experience, constructionof static scenes and dynamic plot expression. With help of patients experiencecognitive theory, studied virtual snow art space as the “object alternative”, andthen brought the insertion method of direct prototype experience; with narrativespace theory, researched on the internal relation of narrative structure and broughtabout design method that classifying the static and dynamic scenes.
