The information construction is an important part in the development of co al mine machinery.At present,the coal mine machinery in Shanxi Province has e ntered a low period because of the slow development and lacking of innovation.Today,the informatization construction of the coal mine machinery exists some p roblems,such as lacking of unified planning of colleges application service level,low system integration level and lacking of unified integration framework,and it also is a problem that information resource integration platform is not compre hensive.Therefore,how to use the advanced theory and technology to integrate the multi-system of coal mine machinery and equipment,and build a public service platform of coal mine machinery with friendly interface and high service service to meet the development of the times and coal information resources to solve the scattered coal mine machinery and equipment resources in Shanxi Province And to help small and medium enterprises in Shanxi Province to improve the design capacity,improve the coal industry in Shanxi Province and coal enterprises on the coal mine equipment,cognitive capacity,become an urgent need to solve the important issue.The use of multimedia information technology,Web Service technology,virtual reality technology,database technology,SOA technology design integration of coal mine machinery and equipment virtual disassembly public service platform.Through access to literature,academic exchanges,expert interviews,etc.to understand the status of coal mining machinery and equipment enterprises in Shanxi Province and the existing problems.This paper summarizes the research status and development trend of virtual disassembly,platform integration and public service platform at home and abroad,and takes the theory of software engineering,informatics and system science as the theoretical guidance.The main work is reflected in the following aspects:(1)According to the characteristics of the coal mining machinery,the present situation of shanxi coal enterprise and the deficiency of the industry,the platform integration requirements was analyzed according to the theory and technology of the system integration that was studied.the Web Service architecture that combinie the microkernel with plug-in based on SOA theory.Additional features is in the inside of the platform main body.(2)The objective,the system integration solutions,the general technical route and the logical structure framework of the system integration was determined according to the research of the similar integration platform home and abroad,fully analyzes the needs of shanxi coal mine machinery industry development and the discussion of the necessity of coal mine machinery.(3)Based on the overall design of the system,the characteristics of the functional structure,the main application technology,the friendly interface of the system and other aspects of the integration of the coal mine machinery and equipment virtual disassembly system,coal mine machinery and equipment knowledge resource system,coal mining machinery and equipment digital model resource system for a comprehensive,Detailed analysis,and three sub-systems for resource expansion and functional improvements.(4)The platform is designed with DreamweaverCS5 and Visual Studio2010 software.Application database technology and SQLserver2008 designed all the integrated platform database,including the virtual reality resource library,background database,knowledge resource database,and designed the platform of the network logic structure.The study designed the platform’s operating mechanism and additional online course learning functions.(5)This paper tests and publishes the platform for the analysis of the requirements of the integrated system,and carries on the rigorous and detailed test to the main function logic,the pay function logic and the subsystem function,and carries on the multi-instance analysis to the virtual function of the main function virtual disassembly function.And finally established a coal mine machinery and equipment virtual disassembly public service platform,is committed to the development of small and medium enterprises in Shanxi Province,platform information resources involved in a wide range and huge amount of resources,virtual reality is rich in resources,Research and development designers can quickly understand the structure of the coal through the virtual disassembly module,you can quickly and accurately through the knowledge resource module to understand the relevant knowledge,you can use the three-dimensional model module to download the use of three-dimensional model for online design,product development and development of another the way.School personnel and business personnel through the auxiliary teaching function for technical training,experimental teaching to improve the relevant personnel on the coal mine machinery and equipment to understand and use.
