| Nowadays pharmaceutical industry has become one of the most popular industries in the world,and so has the pharmaceutical equipment.With the development of medical technology,medical equipment is also making progress.From a single manual operation and on-site monitoring,gradually change to unmanned intelligent direction.The unmanned process of pharmaceutical is an important condition to ensure the clean and aseptic.The current pharmaceutical process still needs manual operation on-site,although there are disinfection and sterilization treatment,but the unmanned operation is still the trend of pharmaceutical equipment in the future.The intellectualization of pharmaceutical equipment,the less manual intervention of pharmaceutical equipment in the pharmaceutical process,will make the pharmaceutical process basically or even completely by the equipment,which means the labor cost is saved and the aseptic condition of drug production is ensured.Drug coating machine is a typical equipment in pharmaceutical field,so the realization of a remote monitoring system for drug coating machines,has important implications for future applications in similar types of pharmaceutical equipment.In this thesis,for the realization of remote monitoring system,data of 4G module and data in PLC should make communication and connected with remote monitoring parameters of coating machine drum temperature,engine speed,and the hysteresis of the temperature control to achieve precise control of coating drum temperature by using fuzzy PID control method.Firstly,aiming at the structure of drug coating machine is analyzed,and the working principle of the coating machine is also analyzed and explored.Secondly,There is less researches that focus on the reliability of data transmission reliability for the current 4G transmission channel,the experiments and researches on the reliability of 4G network and TCP data transmission are carried out,and setting up a time-delay model in approximations,so as to prove that the long-distance data transmission and monitoring is accurate and reliable.Then,about the temperature control of drug coating drum at coating machine and the control method is studied by using fuzzy-PID model,using the simulation and verification of the accuracy of temperature control.Finally,in order to developing the software of remote monitoring system,establishing a database and design the monitoring page for it,and design the monitoring system software of control system software both computer and andriod smart phone.The feasibility and practicability of the remote monitoring system,based on drug coating machine,is proved by research and test results,which provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive intellectualization of pharmaceutical equipment. |
