| As the third revolution of information technology industry,Internet of Things technology is widely used in various fields.Sensor acquisition information is the main application mode of Internet of Things technology.Developing a remote wireless monitoring equipment status information system to meet the demand of people for intelligent and remote monitoring of equipment operation is of great practical value.Aiming at the difficult supervision of intelligent meal-making service platform,starting from the development of remote monitoring system,NB-Io T technology,unmanned retail technology and the requirements of remote monitoring system studied in this paper,a four-layer Internet of Things remote monitoring system architecture based on Aliyun Io T is designed and designed in detail layer by layer to realize the real-time remote monitoring of intelligent meal-making service platform.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the remote monitoring system,the overall hardware design of the monitoring terminal is carried out.With STM32L476 RG as the main controller,BC35-G as the NB-Io T wireless communication module,combined with temperature and humidity sensor,GPS/Beidou positioning module,action execution module relay and exhaust fan function module,the schematic drawing of each functional module circuit is completed,And finally realized the physical development of the terminal hardware of the remote monitoring system based on NB-Io T.2.The program design of terminal acquisition software of remote monitoring system based on Free RTOS real-time operating system is completed.Based on Free RTOS real-time operation,the terminal acquisition task is divided into multiple sub tasks,and the task is scheduled through the scheduler,which solves the problem that the traditional single task system will lead to the complex system program structure and affect the real-time performance of the system,designs the software programs of each functional module,and finally completes the terminal software design of the remote monitoring system.3.Developed a remote monitoring system based on Alibaba Cloud Io T.In order to enable managers to efficiently and conveniently manage the intelligent catering service platform,it is necessary to visualize the data collected by the terminal hardware.Therefore,the web remote monitoring large screen and remote monitoring system APP based on Alibaba Cloud Io T are designed,and the normal data connection of the equipment based on the MQTT protocol to Alibaba Cloud and attribute reporting and distribution is tested.At the same time,the remote monitoring system early warning mechanism and Based on Alibaba Cloud’s temperature fuzzy controller,the alarm information is sent to the management staff Dingding group and the temperature fuzzy control of the intelligent meal service platform control room is realized in the first time.4.The system test of the remote monitoring system based on the NB-Io T intelligent meal service platform has realized the real-time monitoring,remote control and alarm function of the intelligent meal service platform,which proved the feasibility of the functions of each module and the early warning mechanism. |
