Reasearch On Predicament And Countermeasure Of Safty Production Supervision In Liyuan Town

With the rapid economic and social development of our country,the speed of industrialization continues to accelerate,a large number of foreign capital inflows,and the rapid rise of private enterprises,coupled with the rapid advancement of urbanization,rapid land transfer,a large number of labor forces from the primary industry to the secondary industry,the company's production process safety accidents As the frequency of occurrence increases,safe production must be given adequate attention.This article is devoted to an in-depth analysis of problems and difficulties in safety production work from the perspective of the grass-roots level,and puts forward sound suggestions for grass-roots safety production work.This paper takes the plight of safety production supervision in Liyuan Town,Kaiping District,Tangshan City as the object,adopts interview and investigation methods and comparative analysis methods to conduct research on safety production supervision work,corporate safety status,and employees' safety capabilities and work status in Liyuan Town.Through analyzing the results of the survey and interviews,it was found that there are six major problems in the current safe production work in Liyuan Town.One is the lack of supervision and control power at the grass-roots level;the other is that the township government's safety supervision and supervision do not have unified powers and responsibilities;and third,the supervision of safety supervision personnel.The ability is limited.Fourth,the person in charge of the company does not pay enough attention to the work safety.Fifth,the safety responsibility and the system are not implemented properly.Sixth,there is a gap between the employees' safety awareness and ability.This paper uses game theory and cannikin law,and does not systematically analyze the existing problems from the perspective of the government and the enterprise.It was found that in the safety production work of Liyuan Town,the distribution of power and responsibility among supervisors and agencies,government personnel and work deployment,and internal management of the company existed in the game.At the same time,supervision cycle,supervision technology,work content,work object,and secondary risk were involved.There are shortcomings in identification and prevention and employee behavior.Finally,drawing on the advanced management experience of Shenzhen Guangming New District,Yinzhou District of Ningbo City,and the merger and reorganization of coal mines in Shanxi Province,aiming at improving the actual situation and work characteristics of Liyuan Town,it proposes an innovative supervision work method for the improvement of safety production supervision work in Liyuan Town and strengthens it.The construction of the responsibility system,the strengthening of the supervision team,and the measures to improve the quality of the company's own production safety.
