Blowout and its out of control are most serious accidents during the process of drilling,well control risk assessment is helpful to prevent and reduce well control accidents.T he evaluation of well control risk depend on analysis of well control accidents.It is very necessary to gather well control accidents information and use risk evaluation software to evaluate and analysis accidents,this work can provide technical guidance for well control risk management.Statistics and research common evaluation methods of risk,introduce several common qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods of well control risk,compare advantages and disadvantages of several common quantitative evaluation methods,this paper selected triangular fuzzy number method and established mathematical model to evaluate well control risk,and introduced several common methods of determination of the weight of well control risk assessment index.Construct well control accidents database with Access as platform,make functional design and table design from the user's point of view,set up a database of rich information which include 48 fields and finished information entry work of typical accident wells of our country.From the point of stratum,human factor and well control equipment,choose well control risk inducement index,introduced scoring criteria and normalized criterion of every causes depend on index evaluation scale,calculated and synthesized the wei ghts of the inducement index depend on triangular fuzzy number method,and get the results of well control risk combine with triangular fuzzy number result of index data,in this way,a quantitative evaluation method model of well control risk with 11 inducement indexes based on triangular fuzzy number is established,and the model is verified by an example well.Based on well control accident database,make design for well control risk evaluation software from customer requirements,software architecture and software modules three points,then write well control risk quantitative evaluation software based on triangular fuzzy number and integrated well control risk assessment software based on matter element extension.Well control accident database and well control risk evaluation software constitute the risk assessment system of well control,the use method of well control risk assessment system is introduced in detail.The well controlled accident database can be used to qualitative statistical evaluation of risk incentives based on different keywords combination such as block,well type,time interval and so on,well controlled risk assessment system can be used to quantitatively evaluate historical well and the well to be drilling.The use of this system helps to carry out the risk assessment and prevention of well control in the field.
