Study On Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Of Optimizing Cut-off Saw

The optimizing cut-off saw is the research object of the paper.Firstly analyzes the operational process,and summarizes batching process of modern solid wood furniture enterprise with optimizing cut-off saw as the core equipment.Secondly,by introducing the general OEE index of the international manufacturing,calculates and analyzes OEE various factors of optimizing cut-off saw in the production process,and dig out the underlying reasons with the IE method.Finally,ranks the significant size of OEE various factors and builds multi-index early-warning model of the most significant factor in MINITAB software.Specifically,the paper completes the following main content:(1)By introducing Overall Equipment Efficiency theory,the paper analyzes operational process of optimizing cut-off saw in actual production of solid wood furniture enterprise,and establishes OEE losses model after calculating the utilization of equipment with the OEE theory.Using QC(Quality Control)tools such as fishbone diagram excavates effects behind of optimizing cut-off saw and makes improvement scheme.(2)Relationship between output and OEE is established.Relationship between Output y and Available x of optimizing cut-off saw is y = 3401 x – 289974;relationship between Output y and Performance Rate x of optimizing cut-off saw is y = 1096 x – 1096;relationship between Output y and Quality Rate x of optimizing cut-off saw is y =-2439 x + 251896.So,relationship between Output y and OEE x of optimizing cut-off saw is y = 18462 ln(x)+ 38311.(3)Adopts full factor experiment design method and variance analysis,the factors affecting OEE of optimizing cut-off saw significance order from stronger to weaker is: Availability,Performance Rate,Quality Rate.Builds multi-index early-warning model of the OEE of optimizing cut-off saw under the significant factor,and construct an assessment system by presenting radar early-warning map.Found trough research of the paper,it’s more comprehensive understanding of equipment and the actual utilization conduction by using OEE tool and timely find the hidden factor of affecting the efficiency.Concededly,it can effectively enhance the management level of enterprises in the production and improvement of production capacity by using OEE theory.
