With the development of society and economy,environmental inks and greeen printing ways have become the trend of development.The UV-LED light adopts the photoelectric conversion principle,which has the advantages of small calorific value,high efficiency,more energy saving and environmental protection and long life,so it becomes a new curing way.Flexographic printing adopts the letterpress rotary printing mode,with simple structure and convenient operation,and is widely used in printing and packaging with its unique printing method.Flexo UV-LED ink,which combines the characteristics of flexo printing and UV-LED curing,has high curing speed,no harm to the environment and the human body.It has become a new type of green ink,which has been widely concerned and studied.This research aims to prepare a UV-LED flexographic ink with low viscosity and high curing speed.The main works are as follows:(1)select polyurethane acrylate and hyperbranched polyester acrylate as prepolymer to prepare inks and change the content of prepolymer is 20%,30%,40%and 50%measuring its color strength and viscosity.the results show that when the content of hyperbranched polyester acrylate was 30%,the ink had better performance.(2)The printing ink was prepared by photoinitiator of TPO,819,ITX,907and three fast curing compounds were used to prepare ink,the curing time was measured with 395nmUV-LED curing light source.The results showed that the shortest curing time of 819 is the shortest,and the curing effect had no yellowing on the surface of the ink layer.(3)a single factor method is used to optimize the amount of magenta pigment,only change the pigment content to 3%,4%,5%,6%,7%.keep other components of ink unchanged.The same method is used to change the content of photoinitiator 819 to 4%,5%,6%,7%,8%.The results show that the content of the pigment is 5%,and the content of photoinitiator is 6%,the curing time is the shortest.acrylate)40%;monomer(Diethylene glycol two acrylate)45%;photoinitiator(819)7%;agent(dispersant + defoamer)3%,The proportion of dispersant and defoamer is 1:1.The viscosity of the prepared ink is 89.3mpa.s,the color intensity is 1.48,the curing time is 0.5s,and the printability is good.
