Study On Curing Performance And Curing Effect Of Curing Barn Of Air Energy And Electromagnetic Heat Sources

In order to find out the curing performance and curing effect of different heat source barn in the airflow rising type,the coal-fired curing barn(T1)was used as a control to compare the electromagnetic energy heat source curing barn(T2)and the air energy heat pump curing barn(T3).Research,the temperature difference,wind speed,etc.the test results show that:The no-load condition of the curing barn,the average heating rate meets the the curing barn of 5 °C/h,and the average heating rate of T3 is the highest,and the heating is strong.During the curing process of tobacco,T2 and T3 of the maximum plane temperature difference is only 1.3 °C,and the maximum vertical temperature difference is lower than 0.8 °C,the temperature distribution of both processing is more even than T1,especially the vertical temperature difference and the temperature difference between layers of T2 is smaller.The three layers of wind speed in each processing are represented as lower layer > middle layer > upper layer.During the curing process of tobacco,the wind speed of the lower leaves of each processing ranged from 0.5 m/s to 0.9 m/s,and T1>T3>T2.The wind speed of the middle and upper leaves ranged from 0.1 m/s to 0.2 m/s.The difference in the test points of T2 and T3 is relatively small,and the air volume distribution is more uniform than T1.Compared with T1,T2 and T3 can effectively reduce variegated tobacco,and the average price increases.The quality of T2 is better in the middle and lower leaves.The content of nicotine and petroleum ether extract is more suitable,aroma quality and amount are better.The quality of T3 is better in the upper leaves,the sugar content is coordinated.Compared with T1,T2 and T3 are reduced in labor cost.But the T2 curing consumes more electricity.The T3 curing consumes less electricity and labor,and the curing cost is reduced,increasing the baking benefit.In summary,in order to achieve cost reduction and income increase,the heat pump curing room can be used for curing tobacco;To improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco,the electromagnetic heat source curing barn can be used for curing tobacco.
