| The light curing ceramic molding process has been formed as early as the 1980s.Compared with traditional light curing molding technology,digital processing technology is a new type of molding technology.The molding technology has high precision and simple equipment,and can construct complex light-cured three-dimensional ceramic structures.In the ceramic light curing three-dimensional molding process,the single-layer forming effect on the accumulation of green body plays a decisive role.In this paper,single-layer curing is used as a basic study to systematically study the related influencing factors of curing depth and curing width.Finally,the printed ceramic green embryo is sintered to obtain ceramic parts.The main research contents are as follows:Chapter one,taking the influencing factors of single-layer molding as the main content,the traditional light curing molding technology and 3D printing technology are summarized.Summarize actual production and widely used alumina and zirconia ceramics.Chapter two,on the basis of single-layer molding,we systematically study the influencing factors of visible LED light source,initiator concentration and optical power density,The experimental results show that under the visible LED light source,both the curing width and the curing depth have a semi-logarithmic dependence,The wavelength of the light source is far from the absorption wavelength range of the initiator,which can reduce the curing spread,Therefore,405LED is preferred as the printing light source.When the light energy reaches the critical energy,the ceramic suspension can be fully cured.Initiator concentration affects sensitivity and critical energy dose,Research on three different optical power densities under the same light source 405LED shows that it is best to choose a small sensitivity during printing.It is more conducive to obtaining a smaller curing spread and improving printing accuracy.Chapter three,printing and sintering of ceramic green embryos,the printing process uses 405LED,the layer thickness is set to 50μm,and the exposure time is 12s per layer.In this way,ceramic embryos with compact structure can be obtained.It realizes the printing of detailed structure.During the sintering process,we sintered alumina and zirconia ceramics.The optimal sintering process for alumina is determined.Characterization of sintered ceramics by means of density、volume shrinkage、XRD、infrared、electron microscope,etc.Ceramic samples were successfully sintered... |
