The heat exchange network is one of the important subsystems of chemical process.The heat exchanger network become more and more large-scale,complicated and coupling,it is important to study how to make the heat exchanger network more safe.When the actual production condition was disturbed,the interferon would spread,and affect the whole heat exchanger network.In order to prevent the occurrence of an accident,it need to identify the key heat exchanger and the key heat exchange tube to protect and monitor,and control and reduce the impact of interference wave.so it is necessary to identify the important node,critical path and drive edge of the heat exchange network for the production of enterprise.First of all,we try to abstract heat exchanger as node,the heat exchange tube as the edge,then gets the network topology structure.In order to evaluate the node local importance,we put forward a kind of node importance sorting method in heat exchange network based on directed and weighted group degree of complex network theory.And we use the LeaderRank algorithm to evaluate the node global importance,thus comprehensive two different algorithm results to the key heat exchanger.Then,the paper try to take the mass flow,the edge betweenness,the average node importance of edge and characteristics of heat transfer medium as evaluation index,and use the Grey correlation degree and TOPSIS theory to get the key path.And use the theory of the community division evaluate edge location importance,thus comprehensive two different algorithm results to the key heat exchange tube.Finally,the paper try to get the number and location of drive edge by calculating the adjacency matrix characteristic value of maximum geometric multiplicity and matrix vector linear correlation,and get the optimal driving edge groups according to the importance of driving edge.The case analysis shows that the method is feasible,and can identify the important node,critical path and drive edge of the heat exchange network for the production of enterprise.
