| In the tire industry,especially in all steel radial tires,the adhesion technology of rubber and metal has become a key research topic.Although the interstitial system is currently the most widely used adhesive system,its bonding mechanism is not clear,and there are still some problems with fuming and slow vulcanization during processing.Based on the background of this research,this article focuses on the mechanism of resorcinol resin in natural rubber,focusing on resorcinol and hexamethoxymethyl melamine(HMMM),as well as other systems such as curing systems in rubber compounds.Based on the influence of the adhesive property,and based on this theory,the resorcinol resin prepolymer with good adhesive property was synthesized.1.First,with natural rubber as the reaction medium,do not add any other processing aids,only add carbon black,resorcinol,and HMMM,and then using the actual production formula to examine the above two by changing the amount of resorcinol and HMMM.Under the conditions,the interaction between white and white system in natural rubber.The results show that in the natural rubber matrix,when the relative amount of resorcinol/HMMM is more than 0.29 mol,the reaction between the two can generate resorcinol resin of body structure;In the production formula,the best ratio of resorcinol/HMMM adhesive system is 1.5/5(phr)(1:1(mol:mol)).2.Combining the results of the above 1,use actual production formulas to explore the types and amounts of accelerators,the type and amount of sulfur,the types of antioxidants in the anti-aging system,and the amount of white carbon used to reinforce the resorcinol/HMMM system.Combined with the impact of performance,themechanism of action of each system in natural rubber was analyzed.The results showed that the same amount of thiazole accelerators had better adhesive properties than sulfenamides;the adhesion of ordinary sulfur was greater than that of insoluble sulfur OT20.The rubber compound of amine anti-aging agent RD has faster vulcanization rate than non-amine anti-aging agent 264 and has good adhesive performance.When the amount of white carbon is 10 phr,the retardation of white carbon black on vulcanization is equivalent to the catalytic effect of white carbon on the resin,so that the vulcanization rate of the rubber molecular chain and the generation rate of the resorcinol resin network are exactly synchronized.When the rubber network and the resin network form an interpenetrating network structure,the force between them is the greatest.Of course,the pumping force at this time is also the greatest.3.Resorcinol resin prepolymers R-3M-1 and R-3M-2 were prepared.Using resorcinol and HMMM as materials,p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst,and reaction temperature of 150°C,two resorcinol resins were synthesized in ethylene glycol and water respectively.The results showed that the resorcinol resin synthesized with ethylene glycol as the solvent under normal pressure and the resorcinol resin synthesized with water as the solvent in the autoclave had no smoking during the processing.Moreover,the relationship between the adhesive performance and resorcinol and the commercially available resorcinol resin(SL3020)is:resorcinol-HMMM system ≥ R-3M-1(2)/HMMM system> SL3020-HMMM system. |
