Study On Question Of Environmental Governance For DingXi City

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the problem of environmental pollution is increasingly prominent and has become the focus of public.In China,the government as the single subject of environmental governance has a long history,but the situation is becoming more and more complex with the increasing of the atmosphere,water,etc.The traditional regulatory environment governance model in which the government is the sole subject of governance has become more and more obsolete,hardly adapt to the current situation of environmental governance.Under such a background,some multiple actors have emerged which are coordinated and sharing.Because of the open and linkage feature of collaborative management,multi-resource coordination and sharing is it more and more widely used in environmental governance.In order to better and timely enhance the response to environmental problems and improve the effectiveness of environmental governance,this paper is based on the principle and structure of collaborative public management,and it is necessary to explore a path for renovating environmental governance in Dingxi City.This article starts with the current situation of environmental governance in Dingxi City,through analyzing the environmental pollution situation,current governance initiatives and environmental quality,and finding the deficiencies of the government environmental governance,and pointing out the reasons for the lagging environmental governance are inconsistent concepts,incomplete governance structures,low level of organization,and imperfect system systems.From the question,this article suggests that collaborative environmental governance can effectively correct and improve existing governance models.It can more than make up for deficiencies in government-led governance.On the basis of theoretical research and objective reality,it proposes measures such as perfecting governance institutions,establishing organization and coordinating institutions,perfecting policies and regulations,and constructing multiple governance mechanisms to provide reliable improvements and ideas for environmental governance in Dingxi City.
