| The essential oil and kernel oils from Cinnamomum longepaniculatum(C.longepaniculatum)were extracted by microwave hydrodiffusion and gravity(MHG)and ultrasound assisted solvents extraction,respectively.The target compositions of the fresh leaves were essential oils.The target compositions of the seeds were kernel oils.The process of microwave hydrodiffusion and gravity was optimized by single factor.Plackett-Burman Design(PBD)and Box-Behnken Design(BBD)were used to optimize the process of ultrasound assisted solvents extraction of kernel oils from C.longepaniculatum.In addition,the residues of the leaves and the seeds were attempted to a preparation of biochar.In this case,not only the problems of the residues treatment were solved,but also gave a high value of utilization,therefore the additional values of C.longepaniculatum were raised.The main contents of this study were as follows:1.The essential oils of C.longepaniculatum were extracted by microwave hydrodiffusion and gravity.The influences of microwave irradiation power on the yields of the essential oils and the moisture in the process of extraction were discussed.The optimum microwave 540 W was confirmed according to the yields of the essential oils.GC-MS were utilized to analyse the compositions of the essential oils from the leaves with different storage time.The main compositions were 1,8-cineole(65.22%),sabinene(11.44%)and α-terpineol(11.28%).Finally,comparisons of MHG and other traditional methods including microwave extraction with solvent free,microwave hydro-distillation and hydro-distillation were made of which revealed that MHG got a better yield in a shorter extraction time(24 min).2.The kernel oils of C.longepaniculatum seeds were extracted by ultrasound assisted solvents.The yields and composition were taken as indexs to analyze among the extraction solvents including n-hexane,cyclohexene,ethyl acetate,petroleum ether and isopropyl alcohol on the yields.The determined extraction solvent was hexane with a yield of 57.9%.PBD was utilized to select the significant influence factors in multiple-factor.BBD was utilized to make a further optimize of the factors which were optimized by PBD.The optimum conditions of ultrasound extraction were ultrasonic power 220 W,ultrasonic time 30 min and ultrasonic temperature 35℃.3.The residues of the leaves and seed kernels from C.longepaniculatum were made to pyrolysis by microwave heating to a preparation of biochar.The yields of the biochar,the iodine adsorption value and methylene cyanine adsorption value were taken as indexs to optimize the process of pyrolysis with the residues of the leaves and seed kernels.The results indicated that the optimum conditions of the leaves were microwave irradiation power 540 W,microwave irradiation time 20 min,the impregnation ratio 3:1 and the concentration of phosphoric acid 60%;The optimum conditions of the seed kernels were microwave irradiation power 385 W,microwave irradiation time 20 min,the impregnation ratio 1:1 and the concentration of phosphoric acid 60%;... |
