Laundry detergent in the domestic fabric washing market share increased year by year,because the production process is simple,environmentally friendly,easy to use,fast,welcomed by consumers.However,the majority of laundry detergent performance is weak,because the laundry detergent does not contain alkaline additives.Biological enzyme preparations can be used in laundry detergent,which can improve the comprehensive decontamination ability of laundry detergent,and solve the weakness of detergent which contains no alkaline additives and poor detergency.But enzymes are proteins that catalyze the breakdown of themselves and poor stability in the laundry fluid.At present,the washing industry needs to solve the problem of how to maintain the stability of a variety of biological enzymes in laundry detergent.In this paper,the stability of enzyme preparation of protease and amylase in laundry detergent was studied,single factor experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of the main components in the laundry detergent on the stability of protease and amylase;The effect of enzyme composite stabilizer on the stability of protease and amylase was studied by orthogonal experiment,and the mechanism of stabilizer was discussed;The optimum cleaning ratio of protease and amylase in detergent formula was obtained by using GB test method.Protease and amylase were studied,and the results showed that anionic surfactants were more likely to inactivate biological enzymes than non ionic surfactants.Different anionic surfactants have different effects on the activity of biological enzymes,Sodium alkyl sulfate(K12)rapidly reduce protease and amylase activities;Alkyl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate(AES)and sodium laurate have little effect on the stability of these two enzymes,but the enzyme activity will decrease after prolonged storage;Nonionic surfactants,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AE09)and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(MEE)did not affect the two enzymes significantly.The combination of anionic and nonionic surfactants can reduce the effect of anionic table activation on enzyme activity and significantly improve the stability of biological enzymes in laundry detergent.Stabilizers can retard the decrease in enzyme activity in laundry detergent.Calcium ions could obviously inhibit protease and amylase inactivation;4-benzoyl boric acid(3.5%added amount)can inhibit the decrease of biological enzyme activity in laundry detergent formula;1,2-propylene glycol helped maintain the activity of these two enzymes.Borax and triethanolamine had no significant effect on maintaining enzyme viability.The orthogonal experiment optimized 1,2-calcium chloride,propylene glycol,borax,4-formyl phenyl boronic acid of the 4 stabilizers,the composite stabilizer with the 4 kinds of stabilizers,can meet the requirements of liquid detergent formulations on the stability of enzyme system.Laundry detergent added protease and amylase,fouling on protein and starch class has obvious removal effect,two kinds of compound enzymes play a synergistic role in the decontamination process,and can improve the comprehensive effect of decontamination liquid detergent.
