| Different from protease and lipase,cellulase used for laundry is able to penetrate cellulose surface and pry apart the microfibrils,while removes stains embedden in fiber.However,there are still some problems in the washing application of cellulase,such as the compatibility and stability of cellulase in detergent.And the reason of producing problems that the mechanism of cellulose hydrolysis by cellulase is not very clear.This paper tried to study effect of eight selected surfactants on cellulase activity.And interaction mechanism of cellulase and surfactants was studied through many experiments(DLS,fluorescence,Raman spectra etc).In order to provide a reference for the application of cellulase in the liquid detergent.And further investigate the synergistic decontamination ability of cellulase and other enzymes was researched in laundry detergent.Effects of determination conditions including p H vable,enzymatic reaction temperature,absorbance and wavelength on the analysis results were studied.Results showed that under conditions for determination of cellulase activity as p H vable 6,temperature 50 ℃,absorbance 0.2~0.4 and wavelength 530 nm,stable analysis results can be obtained.Effects of surfactants on cellulase activity were studied.The interaction mechanism between surfactants and cellulase was discussed by dynamic light scattering(DLS),ATR-FTIR,fluorescence and Raman spectra.The DLS results showed that anionic surfactants were adsorbed onto cellulase surface,which made cellulase zeta potential distribute in the lower negative charge region.There was no obvious difference of cellulase zeta potential in nonionic surfactants and deionized water.As shown in spectroscopy,the anionic surfactants had stronger influence on the main chain and side chain of cellulase.This paper studied cellulase-lipase and cellulase-protease mixedenzymes system.Detergency of laundry detergent with different enzyme system on Chinese National Standard artificially swatches was also researched.Experimental results showed that when the ratios of cellulase and other enzymes was close to 1,compounded system had the best detergency on JB-02 and JB-03.The detergency effect of laundry detergent which added protease-cellulase and protease-lipase-cellulase compounded system on soiled fabrics with bloodstain and lipstick,respectively,were studied through optical microscope and SEM.Furthermore the stains on fabrics was analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR).Results showed that adding protease-cellulase and protease-lipase-cellulase compounded system to laundry detergent can enhance detergency of liquid detergent on soiled fabrics with bloodstain and lipstick. |
