Protease is one of the important additives in functional surfactants,which has strong interaction with surfactant and additives and have great value to improve the performance of functional surfactants.This paper tested the detergency of 4 kinds of surface active common functional surfactant agent under different water hardness,were obtained to evaluate functional surfactant formulations by detergentcy model,and through the experimental test,obtained the method of functional surfactants.The main work is as follows:1.Make a formulated model of functional surfactants,by testing detergency,the model contains several common surfactants LAS,AEO,AES,SOAP and protease content.According to the different surfactant detergency,get the detergency formula of functional surfactants.Optimized the existing detergent formulations directly after adding the protease to the model,instructing the detergent to add the protease after the formulation;2.Through the different surfactants on the detergent formulation,the anionic surfactants LAS and SOAP after adding the protease alone did not improve its detergency;there is also an anionic surfactants AES and MES,the increase in detergency after adding protease is very obvious;nonionic surfactants AEO and APG after adding proteases have good combination effect;for the negative ion complex system,the detergency after adding protease is also greatly improved,adding a lot of protease detergency to enhance the space is very large.It is suggested that the system of adding protease is a detergency system mixed with nonionic and anionic surfactants by the model.3.The effects of 5 different detergent auxiliaries on the functional surfactants were studied.The results showed that the content of sodium carbonate was the highest when the content was 5%.
