The coalbed methane fields locate in remote area.The wells and the facilities are spaced out.At the same time,with the expanding of the coalbed methane(CBM)production scale,the issues of the collection and control of important production parameters and producing management hysteresis,which is more and more serious.At present,the study on remote monitoring technology for coalbed methane wells is becoming the core work.Through liquid level in real-time monitoring,the realization of controlling the production pressure differential between the reservoir pressure and bottom hole pressure is possible.By adjusting the drainage system continuously,the extended stable production period and production control comes true,which brings important significance to the CBM wells production.In order to realize real-time monitoring of liquid level,calculation model of dynamic liquid level converted from indicator diagram is established.By analyzing the major influencing factors of the computational accuracy,the model is modified.The liquid level real-time monitoring comes true by analyzing the indicator diagram.At the same time,common faults of sensor,integrated load and acceleration sensor affect the accuracy of indicator.To minimize the impact,the research of transmission mode,technological structure,stability and chip circuit is carried out.The integrated indicator which integrate monitoring and controlling is developed,which has advantage of wireless transmission,low power consumption,anti-vibration,tight sealing and strong stability.The construction of remote monitoring system is needed to realize information transfer,remote monitoring and analysis of the data collected by integrated indicator.Based on the status of CBM field automatic,a data monitoring and managing system is built.The scheme confirms the ASPX.NET platform and several computer languages including C#,HTML5 to build a CBM data managing system,which realizes remote data monitoring and automatic generation of production report.The study and application of remote monitoring technology for coalbed methane wells realizes automatic collecting,monitoring and analysis of parameters including producing fluid level,production,pressure.By the production tendency provided by the system,the manager can evaluate well deliverability and make reasonable production regulation,which enhances the production ability,helps to increase outcome and prolongs period of stabilized production.
