Research And Design Of The Portable Oil Field Network Terminal Adapter

At present,most oil fields are distributed in the wild with bad weather.The collection of oil field data largely depends on workers to complete.In this way,it not only increased the strength of workers,but also the accuracy of data totally depends on workers’ sense of responsibility.Wisdom oilfield could obtain the oil field data accurately by using wireless sensor network.This network terminal adapter is an important equipment in the wisdom oilfield system.In this paper,based on the field the Internet of things technology and touch screen technology,a wireless data acquisition and transmission network is built with ZigBee wireless local area network.It uses Cortex-M3 kernel microprocessor as the core unit.We write software to realize the friendly user interface.This adapter can control and manage the oil field equipment,analyze the production data to achieve intelligent control and fine management.The ZigBee wireless communication system adopts the star network,and the maximum transmission distance can reach 1500 meters with a power amplifier chip.The network terminal adapter as a terminal equipment sends command to coordinator,the coordinator forwards to each terminal module,and the terminal modules judge this command.Data use the MODBUS protocol encapsulation to unify the system transmission protocol.At present,the system prototype has been implemented.The field experiment shows that this system has stable performance and the indicators are up to par.
