The development of digital oilfield has been impulsed the development ofpetrochemical and industrial automatization,especially on the simulation Productionenvironment and the real-time data monitoring system.It is very important to receive theoilfield staff’s location information for safety production analyzing accident reason,establishing rescue counterplan, and other safeproduction managing work.This paper design a three-dimensional location system for oil field based on ZigBee, It isa kind of important‘Internet of Objects’application at present to digital oilfield.First, the author introduces the source, meaning, objective, and also analyzed thedevelopment of the research topic at present.The paper focuses on the following aspects:1,A framework for distributed applications system based on wireless sensor networkswas introduced.It is consists of three components: data acquisition system based on wirelesssensor networks,remote terminal unit,and three-dimensional location system based onPSO.Furthermore,the plan of relative modules is analyzed.2,Results we accomplished the design of data acquisition system based on wirelesssensor networks presented in detail,include central nodes,terminal nodes and routing nodes,which had many features, such as simple structure, small size and high precision.3,This paper presents the design and realization of an embedded gateway in zigbeewireless sensor networks based on ARM9processor.We can sufficiently use the software andhardware resources on the processor.The software designed, and debugged on linuxsystem.Then describes several important support technologies for RTU,which are serialcommunication technology,socket communicaiton based on Tcp/Ip and design device driverof Linux.Finally, the software flowchart and the framework block diagram of the system aregiven. 4,This paper analyzes several common algorithms advantages and disadvantagespositioning algorithm about three-dimensional location.According to the oilfield presentsituation,an three-dimensional location algorithm composed of weighting factor is presentedwhich based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.Then,introduce the particle swarmoptimization’s algorithm and principle.In this paper,a method of three-dimensional location algorithm based on PSO isproposed and simulated the data.Which is proved this algorithm is feasible,and the design ofthe system has the characters of simple operation,low expensive,good result and highadaptability.
