| Pipeline is one of the main ways for product oil transportation,which usually take the means of transportinga variety of oil in a sequential manner,this kind of means is called batch delivery.It has a special advantage in guaranteeing the supply of refined oil,however,adjacent oil of different kinds would get contaminated and resulting insome decline in the quality of oil,whichmight leads tosafety supply risks andeconomic losses.Therefore,howto accurately track the batches’ s interfaces and reducing the amount of contaminated product oil plays a key role in the oil product pipeline transportation process.This paper focuses on the operating conditions of the Urumchi-Lanzhou online simulation software and proposes a new method to increase the accuracy of the software accordding to the actualsituation.Thenproposesa new dynamicconcentration methodto cut the oil batches consideringthe contaminated tail,basedon the research of contaminated tailphenomena and the regularityand thepotential oil qualityin thetraces of oil quality in contaminated batch interface end.Through some of the field simulation cuttingexperiments,the amount of contaminated product can be dropped over 35% compared with the actual cutting amount.Based on the above research,the batches cutting software is developed,it can directly ues the field density measurement data,then calculate the batches arrival time,the cutting density and the cutting amount,which can provide guidance in the oil cutting operating for the actual field.Precisely tracking the interface of the batches in products pipeline and optimizing the batches receiving scheme combined with the field conditions,then use the batches cutting software to guide the oil receiving operating,can effectively control the actual cutting amount of contaminated oil,guarantee the deliverying oil quality,and increasing the economic efficiency. |
