Although as one of the largest oil refineries and bases of ethylene production,chinese sinopec dushanzi petroleum chemical Co.Ltd was also affected by the decline in global crude oil price and suffered a traumatic shock.As a result,the production of ethylene became the main source of the economy.At present,dushanzi petroleum chemical Co.Ltd has the capability to refine oil with ten million tons and produce ethylene with one million two hundred thousand tons per year.Ethylene output is the standard to measure the ability of country in chemistry,and the development of that is always on duty.I china,ethylene is mainly derived from naphtha.And the products of coker gasoline after hydrogenation and purification can satisfied the requirements of naphtha as the raw materials of ethylene.Because of the upgrading of refinery equipment,coking gasoline hydrogenation plant producing four hundred thousand per year was left idle in dushanzi petroleum Co.Ltd.If the hydrogenation and purification of coker gasoline can be carried out with this devices,it would extend the range of raw materials of ethylene but create benefits for company.In this work,we use two kinds of catalysts Huigong and Haishunde,the Haishunde catalyst for the original 400000 tons/year of FCC gasoline hydrogenation device used,the catalys to fHaishunde has two different HDDO-100 fall alkadiene hydrode sulfurization catalyst and olefin reduction catalyst and HDOS-200,and the HPL-1 catalyst of Changchunhuigong is more suitable for coking gasoline.Using the two different types of catalyst,respectively,choose different raw material oil hydrogenation experiment many times in the hydrocracking device,the experimental device for 30 ml high pressure hydrogenation micro device,the different process of coking gasoline hydrogenation conditions were studied.The results provided the product catalyzed by the combination of HDDO-100 and HDOS-200 can meet the basic requirement.But you need a bigger temperature difference to achieve the olefin content and sulfur content,this shows that this catalyst is not suitable coking gasoline;In the use of changchun HPL-1 catalyst for coker gasoline hydrofining,For different materials,The results are differents,when we sue the diluted coking gasoline as the raw material,It is concluded that the lower reaction temperature,the use of the catalyst cycle is longer,product quality is better,this shows that diluted coking gasoline is more suitable.Throughexperiment study can,we know this study has practical significance,but the material mainly on diluted coking gasoline,to use of specific large refining device,Further research is needed.
