In order to make the quality of the gasoline and diesel oil to reach the national standard,PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company do a lot of work in gasoline and diesel production,processing route and material balance.The new coking plants,diesel hydrogenation unit and continuous reforming units were built.There,the coking gasoline need to be processed separately.The company decided to transform its 450 thousand tons / year of gasoline and diesel oil hydrogenation unit.For coking gasoline hydrogenation unit,the air preheater was reformed,in order to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the efficiency of the heating furnace.Due at high temperature heat exchanger is easy to make coking,the heat transfer process was optimized to reduce the heat transfer temperature,prolong unit operation cycle.With fractionating tower load drop,the hole processing of the fractionating tower tray are plugged,and the porosity is reduced.After the modification,the coking gasoline hydrogenation unit test successfully,the sulfur and nitrogen content of refined gasoline is in with quality requirements.The desulfurization rate reached 99.73%,the nitrogen removal rate was 98.98%,the olefin saturation rate was 98.88%,and the removal rate of the acid was 75.98%.The properties of coking gasoline are poor,high content of impurity and unstable hydrocarbon,it easy to make catalyst deactivation,resulting in a shorter cycle of coker gasoline hydrogenation unit.Therefore,in order to extend the operating cycle of the device,based on the analysis of the operation for the unit,the raw material heat flow of unit,low oil heat exchanger flow were reformed.After the modification,the temperature of the oil raw material into the furnace increase from 130-145℃ up to 180-190℃,and the temperature of F301 furnace decrease from 680℃ down to 530℃.The inlet temperature of reactant air cold A-301 drop from 160℃ to 110℃,while the temperature of low oil to T-301 decrease from 160℃ down to about 135℃.After renovation,the energy is effectively utilized,the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit is about 11 kg standard oil /t(including the device outside the low-temperature medium to remove the heat,about 2.5 ~ 3kg standard oil /t),and effectively extend the operation cycle of the device. |
