Under the national movement to curb the pollution, refinery companies quicken the pace to upgrade gasoline to meet the GB V standard. Therefore introduction of the construction of GB V gasoline hydrotreating unit can have a social and environmental significance to fight pollution.This article mainly discussed the first newly constructed 1400 kiloton per year GB V gasoline unit in this refinery, through the analysis and streamline of the whole process step by step, reviewing the actual field data, checking the unit and equipment running status, compared the design data with unit running data, set up model to find out ways to streamline the process, using simulation to guide production, to achieve lower the unit energy comsumption and maximize economic benefit. The mian content is as follow:(1) Pre-hydrotreating:The research and optimizing of the pre-hydrotreating catalyst feed oil hydrodearsenic catalyst, feed oil filtering set, feed oil dehydration method and make-up hydrogen compressor set. By collecting the field compostion of make-up hydrogen, reset the outlet pressure of the make-up hydrogen compressor. Through calculation reset the output of the make-up hydrogen, therefore improve the make-up hydrogen compressor capacity.(2) Fractionating section:By studying the factors which influence the fractionator process design, improve it by optimizing the point the feed going into the column and the reflux volume.(3) Hydrodesulfurization:Hydrodesulfurization catalyst, hydrogen mixing, reaction water injecting, use software to simulate revised process plan and compare with recorded distillation data.(4) Recycled hydrogen desulfurization section:As a key equipment in desulfurization section, recycled hydrogen desulfurization column running status is under realtime recording. By comparing the difference between operating data with the designing data, use AMSIM module in PROII to simulate column and review the column diameter with FRI software.(5) Stablizer:By studying the factors which influence the stablizer process design,, mainly optimize theoretical plates and reboiler choices.In the final design, under 100% working load, refining gasoline sulfur content achieves lower than 15 μg/g, liquid yield reaches 99.5% (wt), octane number loss smaller than 1.2 per unit.
