Research Of Fast Drilling Fluid Technology And Its Application In Xinjiang Oilfield

With the development of oil and gas exploration into the deep layer,new drilling technology is being developed and applied,and the drilling technology is moving towards a new stage,and the development of drilling fluid technology provides the possibility for the new stage of development.Increasing drilling speed is a comprehensive project,which is influenced by the performance of drilling fluid.Fast drilling fluid technology can improve sidewall stability,inhibit hydration dispersion and prevents the mud pack,lubricate drill string,reduce the cuttinghold effect etc.,However,there are few researches on the principle of fast drilling fluid in China.In 2008,The fast drilling fluid technology was introduced in the area of Xinjiang oil field for the first time,which significantly improved the drilling speed and achieved good results,Last two years,The newly drilled wells such as Shapai 1,Shuangqiao 1,Hubei 3,Zhongjia 3_H,4_H and 5 have using the fast drilling fluid system.The use of fast drilling fluid technology,is conducive to drilling better,drilling safe and in a effective high speed,promoting the process of oil and gas exploration and development greatly.Research on the principle of fast drilling fluid will help to guide the field production,expand the scope of application and promotion,improve the drilling speed,and reduce the cost of drilling;will improve the level of drilling exploration technology in Xinjiang oilfield and the overall economic benefits of a major impact.
