The Fangzheng area is spread in a north-east direction and is located in Fangzheng County,Tonghe County and Yanshou County of Heilongjiang Province.The area developed oil and gas exploration in the early 1980 s.In 2007,the well of Fang 4 was producing 78.79 tons of oil per day,and the daily gas production was 22522 cubic meters.The Fangzheng area achieved breakthrough in oil and gas exploration and became one of the imporation exploration areas in Daqing.With the increase of exploration intensity,the drilling geological conditions are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes the geological factors affecting the speed of drilling,and points out the problems of the gravel in the rock formation of Fangzheng area,the uneven position of the gravel layer,the large intersection angle of the rock layer,and the strong water sensitivity of the mudstone.Through the bit optimization technology,the bit usage sequence of this area is further optimized,and the drilling speed is improved,which provides a powerful basis for the bit selection in this area in the future.The problem of difficult control of inclination and low drilling speed in vertical well section is solved by using the technology of deviation control and fast drilling,especially in the inclined strata,using vertical drilling system can effectively prevent the inclined to play fast.Through the integrated application of hydrodynamic tools and downhole power drilling tools,the drilling speed in this area is further improved.The application of borehole trajectory control technology not only ensures the smoothness of borehole trajectory,but also reduces the proportion of sliding drilling and composite drilling,and improves the drilling time of directional wells in this area.By adopting corresponding engineering measures and drilling fluid countermeasures,the complex accidents in Founder area were effectively prevented and safe and fast drilling was realized.Corresponding engineering measures and the drilling fluid,effectively prevent the Fangzheng area complexity and accident,implement drilling safely and quickly.Through the above processes,a complete set of supporting technologies that can effectively improve the speed of drilling in Fangzheng area has finally been formed,and the purpose of improving drilling speed,shortening drilling cycle and improving economic benefits has been achieved.
