Risk Management Of Product Oil Storage Tank Mechanical Cleaning In XG Company

Mechanical cleaning oil storage tanks has developed more than 20 years,its production safety and risk management has accumulated some relatively mature experiences and practices,but for the mechanical cleaning product oil storage tank,both in equipment and technological process is still in its infancy,often happens the accidents of the dangerous when they are in clean burning explosion,environment pollution and so on,the accidents of the dangerous harmful results in personnel casualty and property loss,therefore,the risk of product oil storage tank mechanical cleaning system,scientific management is imperative.This paper introduces the theory of risk management system as the theoretical basis,first of all,the characteristics of mechanical cleaning product oil storage tank is presented in the paper,and contrast analysis of the crude oil storage tank machinery cleaning and product oil storage tank cleaning process.Then analyzed the XG company mechanical cleaning problems existing in the risk management of finished product storage tank and its reason,through the analysis of the finished product storage tank mechanical cleaning of risk,it is concluded that their risks,there are four main security risks respectively,environmental pollution,equipment,technology risk,economic risk,based on the characteristics of mechanical cleaning product oil storage tank and XG company write standard of product oil storage tank machinery,construction of XG company product oil storage tank mechanical cleaning risk evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment,and put forward the security risks,risks of environmental pollution control countermeasures,equipment,technological risk,economic risk,the last safeguard measures mainly from the management,technology safeguard measures,emergency safeguard measures in three aspects put forward XG company product oil storage tank mechanical cleaning on safeguard measures of risk management.
