The China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline II is of great significance for China's energy security.The thesis preliminarily designs it and compares the schemes which Mohe-Daqing Crude Oil Pipeline and this pipeline jointly operate.According to the basic data of the pipeline,calculation model is established by SPS software to select the process scheme.Under the condition of the present value of some schemes get close,the overall economy of Mohe-Daqing Pipeline and China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline jointly transporting Russian oil is used to determine processing scheme.By developing throughput distribution schemes and calculating a total of 39 steady conditions,the energy consumption and cost present value under different schemes are obtained,which ultimately determines the operation recommendation of the two pipelines.The throughput range of Mohe-Daqing Crude Oil Pipeline is 1130~1500×104t/a,and that of China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline II is 1500~2000×104t/a.Finally,totally 48 transient conditions have been simulated to predict the safety of pipeline in a wide variety of accident conditions.And water hammer protection measures are established to prevent the pipeline from overpressure and dangerous situation.On the basis of the design process,a new design method of the parallel oil pipeline jointly operating with the existing pipeline is proposed.Besides,this thesis draws the conclusion that new oil pipelines should choose medium and high pressure with large diameter,and finds out the law of cost change of the parallel pipelines with different throughput allocations,that is to say,when the new pipelines are completed,as the new pipeline gradually increase throughput under the pipeline transportation capacity,the unit cost of transporting oil decreased.The conclusions provide a certain reference for drafting design specification and operation of pipeline.
