Removal Of Coke Powder And Tar In Coking Wastewater By Extraction Technology

Coking wastewater is the industrial wastewater that is difficult to treat,and it has high concentrations of pollutants,complex water quality,high chromaticity,high toxicity,etc.If coking wastewater emissions are not up to the standard,something serious will happen,such as environmental pollution and the threat to human health.With the development of science technology,China has possessed a series of mature technology which can treat coking wastewater.However,coke powder of coking wastewater has become an essential factor that restricts the efficient treatment of coking wastewater.If this issue is not solved effectively,it will decrease the operation efficiency of the treatment system of coking wastewater,and frequent repairation will cause economic loss.Therefore,it is the development tendency of the treatment of coking wastewater that researching an efficient,simple and economical technology to treat the coke powder of coking wastewater.This article mainly focuses on the removal of coke powder and tar in coking wastewater by extraction technology.Extraction agent can be determined by the research about the chemical properties of coke powder and tar.And then use the extraction agent to treat simulation wastewater and practical coking wastewater.After the extraction of simulation wastewater and practical coking wastewater,an optimum proportion of the extraction agent can be found out,which is cyclohexanone(40%),tributyl phosphate(10%),isobutanol(50%).
