As the main equipment of mining,crusher is often used in mineral crushing treatment.Vibration slow shear crusher as the new representative of tiny broken.It is on the basis of the ordinary cone crusher,by changing the structure of the broken cavity and attaching a certain speed to the outer cone to realize the crushing of the mineral.Compared with general crusher,it not only has impact crushing,but also crushing and shear crushing.In order to further improve the stability and crushing effect of the new crushing equipment.It is of theoretical significance and engineering practical value to perform modal analysis and vibration isolation design of the crushing equipment.In this paper,the modal analysis and vibration isolation design of the vibration slow shear crusher has been studied by use CAE simulation analysis and experimental test and analysis based on the modal analysis theory and the vibration isolation theory.The main work is summarized as follows:(1)The main composition and working principle of the new crusher are described.By establishing the three-dimensional model of the crusher,the basic theory of modal analysis is used to calculate modal analysis of the vibration slow-shear crusher,and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the first eight orders of the system are extracted.Compared to the frequency analysis of the base excitation of the crusher to prevent resonance occurrence of the crusher.(2)The experimental modal test system was built and the test was carried out by using the force hammering method.Through processing and analysis of experimental data,the natural frequency and mode shape of the first eight orders of the system are extracted.And compared with the calculation mode,the results show that the error is low.Furthermore,the modal characteristics and modeling accuracy of the vibration reduction crusher are further verified.This paper provides a basis for studying the vibration reduction design of vibration slow shear crusher.(3)The spatial dynamic model of vibration isolation system is constructed,and the vibration characteristics and basic parameter identification of the vibration slow shear crusher are described.The evaluation index of vibration isolation performance of this system is given.(4)With the stiffness of the vibration isolation element as a design variable,theobjective function is to avoid the natural frequency of the crusher,the decoupling of each order mode energy and the system transfer rate,etc.At the same time,the frequency constraint and the stiffness constraint condition are added,and the vibration isolation design is performed on the system,and the ISIGHT software and MATLAB software are used to simulate the simulation.The stiffness of the vibration isolation element was calculated in each direction.The robustness analysis is performed to determine the reliability of the design results.At the same time,the design results are verified through test and analysis,and the overall vibration isolation effect is good.Through the above research,master the vibration modal characteristics of slow shear crusher,vibration is established slow shear crusher system dynamics model,the slow shear crusher vibration isolation design,explores the methods of large equipment vibration isolation.
