In order to explore vibration characteristics of an underground mobile crusher in each direction, its reasons of low reliability and its potential question in working conditions under a random load, dynamic models and motion equations in each direction are built according to the theory of multi-body dynamics, and the mathematical model of each vibration response is derived by some hypothesis and simplification based on the pseudo excitation method and white noisy. By taking a domestic underground mobile crusher as an example, the random excitation of the road and random load of the head of the crusher is determined when the head of crusher impacting rocks. The random vibration response of crusher head, arm and body under the action of random load head in different conditions are obtained by using MATLAB language program. The results show that under the action of random excitation whose peak load is 375kN, mean load is 186kN, frequency is 10Hz, the degree of vibration and volatility of different parts from maximum to minimum are as follows:the crush head, the arm, the body. The vibration of roll and horizontal direction are not violent, but the vibration of vertical direction is violent. And this is consistent with the actual situation. Through comparative analysis of Solidworks 3D modeling and ADAMS dynamic simulation results with Mathematical modeling and simulation results, the former is consistent with the latter. The main parameters which effect vibration are optimized by niche genetic algorithm. The vibration of crusher is reduced effectively.
