| Baosteel’s workshop has been used for 30 years online,the structural condition has aged seriously,the maintenance pressure is huge.In today’s steel industry as a whole era of excess capacity,Baosteel has also been a serious impact,the group’s overall profit is reduced,the management to put forward the workers "increase" low cost lean operation management"policy,significantly reduced daily maintenance resources for the buildings and industrial buildings.Lack of maintenance manpower resources,lead to the reduction in industrial construction management efforts,not like the factory completed and put into operation in the early construction in strict accordance with the established standards for effective control of risk.In addition to the aging of the building itself,there is a high risk of failure in Baosteel industrial buildings.This study firstly analyzes the importance of Baosteel industrial building.To determine that important building,from building the severity of the risk of component failure,the frequency of occurrence of a risk,the risk of detection can be three aspects to carry on the analysis,it is concluded that the degree of risk components.According to the results of the risk analysis,the building components are classified and managed.In order to implement different grade check and repair strategies for different grade building components.And on the basis of traditional professional check management mode,the introduction of the risk control system daily check management,mobilize all the staff involved in management,form the feasible total productive maintenance management system.Through the establishment of risk management system,risk analysis of the industrial architecture can be comb,in the current under the condition of limited resources,the management center of gravity and the technical force focus on the importance of high risk equipment.Thus reducing the cost of management and maintenance while ensuring that the building state is under control. |
