With the increasing application of module construction in the field of petrochemical plant construction,the traditional mode for collaboration between design and owner,procurement as well as construction has not been able to satisfy the requirement of modularization projects.Same as normal design,module design plays a decisive role on the success of a modularized project.In view of the complexity of the modularized project and the importance of design,the quality of the design collaboration determines the quality of design,and further determines the quality of project.Therefore,in recent years,there are more and more research and exploration been made around the design concept,design methods,design management and other aspects,tried to find the solutions for solving the collaboration issues between the different departments during the module design.Base on that,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the collaborative management with various departments during the module design for the module petrochemical plants,especially the evaluation of collaborative management.Through scientific evaluation to improve the capabilty of collaborative management,so as to improve project quality,reduce project risk,increase the profits of project.First of all,author took the module design as the research object,based on the design work content,and took the characteristics of the module design of petrochemical plant into the consideration,to resarch and analysised the implied collaborative relationships and issues between the design and other departments during the module deisgn for petro-chemical plant.And then by a questionnaire,author screened and identified the factors which impact the design collaboration,set up an evaluation working list for the module design of petrochemical plant,and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of evaluation factors,after that using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to built a comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,through a real case to verify that the evaluation model is working.Through the research on the module design collaboration for modularized petro-chemical project,in a certain extent to make the management more standard,to provide help and reference for those who are engaged in the management for module design.
