Brought about by the rapid development of economy,it's the depletion of natural resources and the greenhouse effect intensifying,in order to protect the environment and save resources, more and more countries begin to pay close attention to the closed-loop supply chain and low-carbon economy. In addition, the behavioral economists found that members of the supply chain are affected by the fairness concerns when making decisions. So the study of closed-loop supply chain and the carbon reduction is also more and more.Based on the closed-loop supply chain of three different recycling channels, this paper introduces carbon emission reduction and fair concern into the pricing decision research of closed-loop supply chain. And we build the pricing decision model and the joint decision model of closed-loop supply chain under the case that considering and without considering the manufacturer's fairness concern, using the game theory and fairness theory to study carbon emission and pricing strategies in the closed-loop supply chain considering fairness concerns. The main research contents are as follows:1.On the basis of the closed-loop supply chain which the retailer is responsible for the recycling,we first construct a closed-loop supply chain pricing decision model without considering the manufacturer's independent emission reduction. On this basis,we build the joint decision model of carbon emission reduction and pricing of closed-loop supply chain. The optimal strategy of the two models is studied.Secondly,it introduces the fair concern of the manufacturer, and studies the pricing strategy of the pricing decision model and the joint decision model in the two situations respectively. Some conclusions are obtained by comparison and analysis. Finally, numerical analysis is to verify relevant conclusion and theorem.2.On the basis of the closed-loop supply chain which the manufacturer directly recycles,we first construct a closed-loop supply chain pricing decision model without considering the manufacturer's independent emission reduction. Finally, numerical analysis is to verify relevant conclusion and theorem.3.On the basis of the closed-loop supply chain which the third party is responsible for the recycling,we first construct a closed-loop supply chain pricing decision model without considering the manufacturer's independent emissionreduction. Finally, numerical analysis is to verify relevant conclusion and theorem.4.Based on the research results of the first two parts,we contrast and analyze manufacturer's profit(utility),retailer's profit, recycling and carbon levels of three different-recycler co-op decision model, under fair and neutral, and get some conclusions. Finally, numerical analysis are to verify relevant conclusion and theorem. We show that when certain conditions are met,the co-op decision model is obviously superior to the pricing decision model in the closed-loop supply chain. The fair concern of manufacturers is not conducive to other members of the supply chain, and will reduce their own profits. When the recycler is the third one Manufacturer's profit(utility),retailer's profits, recycling levels and carbon levels are the lowest among the three different recycling channels.
