Recycling Strategy And Pricing Of Used Carton In Closed-loop Supply Chain

With the rapid development of information technology,smart phones have entered thousands of households,and Internet broadband is getting faster and faster,and e-commerce in China is growing prosperous.Online shopping has become a part of people’s life.Subsequently,with the improvement of the hardware and software facilities of e-commerce logistics,the logistics cost is gradually reduced,some e-commerce enterprises also build their own logistic systems,therefore the express quantity generated by e-commerce is increasing rapidly.Every coin has two sides,the online shopping brings convenience to the masses,it also produces a large number of packaging garbage.In China,the national conditions determine that most of the packaging garbage are collected and processed together with household garbage.But recycling by professional third-party or express enterprises is more economic,and more meet the requirements of resource recycling.Independent recycling of the packaging carton pilot projects from some of the enterprises which have self-built logistics also confirmed this point.This paper chooses the packaging carton in the packaging garbage as research object,researches packaging carton recycling pricing mainly from two aspects:the third-party recycling centers independent collection and joint collection with express enterprises.Research model is based on the Savaskan’s recovery model,combines the recycling characteristics and reutilization by express enterprises of packaging carton innovatively,sets up two recycling model,respectively.In addition,this paper also analyzes the recycling pricing and coordination mechanism under the three-level closed-loop supply chain.This paper establishes the third-party recycling model,the following results have been obtained through two model derivation of cooperation mechanism and non-cooperation mechanism:1)cooperation mechanism enhances the system profit,helps the upstream and downstream enterprises of supply chain to occupy the market jointly,also helps resource recycling;2)cooperation mechanism has the potential to reduce the total revenue of carton production enterprises and third-party recycling centers.The study also establishes the third-party recycling centers and the express enterprise joint recycling model,the following results have been obtained through two model derivation of cooperation mechanism and non-cooperation mechanism:1)cooperation mechanism improves the competitiveness of the supply chain as a whole,and also promotes resources recycling;2)puts forward the idea of designing supply chain revenue coordination mechanism.Finally,this paper points out the limitations in this paper and the directions need to pay attention to in the future research.
