Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology and the national people’s spending power has increased,especially electronic information products more and more communication equipment type and quantity of the replacement is becoming more and more fast,creating a large amount of waste electronic products,brings to the natural environment and ecological pollution and harm of huge,but also waste of natural resources.At the same time,in order to alleviate the increasingly serious waste of natural resources and environmental degradation,the Chinese government and relevant institutions have issued some relevant policies and laws and regulations,so as to improve the recycling amount of waste electronic products and improve their utilization rate.In this context,many manufacturers have gradually realized the necessity of recycling waste products,not only for their own development,but also for the sustainable development of the environment.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to implement the recycling and reprocessing of waste products,so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and raw material cost of enterprises and improve the overall profit of enterprises.This paper first constructs a supply chain structure with recycling efforts competition between two recyclers as the leading party,and studies how recyclers’ recycling efforts and reprocessors’ environmental disposal efforts affect the decision of the supply chain.Starkelberg’s game theory is used to analyze the optimal decision and profit of reprocessors and recyclers under different decisions.Therefore,the cost sharing contract of recycling efforts between reprocessors and recyclers is introduced,and it is found that the cost sharing contract of recycling efforts can improve the effort level and profit of each member of the supply chain.Then,based on the actual situation of company B,the emission reduction,environmental protection disposal efforts,recycling efforts and market recycling amount are all dynamic changes,so the dynamic model analysis is more close to the actual situation.Therefore,on the basis of master-slave game,a Stackelberg differential game model with reprocessor as the leading party is established,and the optimal effort level and profit of each member of the supply chain under centralized decision,decentralized decision and cost-sharing contract are analyzed.Combined with the actual data of B company,the example analysis is made.Finally,according to the previous discussion,Suggestions are given on how to effectively improve the environmental disposal efforts,recycling efforts and profits of the supply chain.
