Research On Ecological Problems Since The Renovation Of Vietnam

As the innovation and opening degree deepening,in Vietnam's economic rapid develo pment at the same time,some problems appeared in the ecological environment constructio n,such as water pollution and water shortage,acid rain increase,severe air pollution in citi es and serious sand land of petrochemical,etc.In the long run,the problems in the ecologic al environment restrict the economic development of Vietnam to some extent.In this paper,according to the basic national conditions of Vietnam at this stage,based on the theory of basic principle of marxism,integrated use of historical method,comparative research and r esearch methods such as literature reading method,to Vietnam to study the ecological prob lems in the innovation and opening,and tries to put forward some Suggestions to deal with problem.Vietnam though ongoing innovation and opening up,however,guided by the economi c interests of the onesided open backward moving production to Vietnam,has led to some countries caused harm to ecological environment,and the ecological protection of the citiz en consciousness and general lack of comparison,combined with the science and technolo gy production shortfalls,overreliance on extensive way of traditional agricultural productio n...These factors are superimposed on each other,resulting in a lot of problems in the ecol ogical environment.These problems mainly displays in:the backward production capacity of settled in Vietnam,the prohibition of ecological pollution,disorder of pollutant emission in the process of industrial production,the excessive development of natural resources and extensive agricultural mode of production,etc.,guidance on the theory of ecological view of marxism,this paper summarizes the absorption of existing research results,combined w ith Vietnam ecological environment of the concrete practice,put forward for the ecological environment problems of the solution:the reasonable utilization of foreign capital to prom ote green industry,foreign investment further standardize and guide,reasonable utilization of foreign capital investment in backward production capacity;We will increase investmen t in science and technology,improve the scientific and technological strength of industrial enterprises,improve the comprehensive utilization of resources within the scope of enterpri ses,and reduce the.pollution discharge in the production process.We will accelerate the est ablishment of a perfect legal system for ecological protection and increase supervision,whi ch will help deepen the reform of the ecological environment protection system and better solve ecological environmental problems.We should strengthen the awareness of the citize ns by enhancing the ecological publicity,so that people can pay attention to nature,care fo r life and protect the environment,so as to make ecological ethics more popular.Promote t he traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,vigorously develop green agriculture,pro mote the coordinated development of production and the ecological environment,save reso urces and protect the ecological environment of agriculture development mode and the mo de of production.In this paper,the research to promote the ecological view of Marxism in the practice a nd development of Vietnam,for solving the Vietnam the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment plays an important role and significance,also ho pe to the study of ecological environment problems in other developing countries.
