Analysis And Evaluation Of Environmental Impact Of Port Construction Project

With the development of economy,the acceleration of the process of urbanization,especially in twenty-first Century,the scale of investment and the construction speed of port construction projects are unprecedented.This is beneficial to the development of the port economy and the improvement of the living standard of the residents,but if we ignore the environmental problems in the construction of the port,it will cause harm to the environment of the port.Environment and development,is a major issue of concern in today's society,the sustainable development of the road,is the common pursuit of the goal of today's society.Port construction projects as the only way to the development of the port,only adhere to the concept of sustainable development,in order to truly achieve the sustainable development of the port and the human itself.Therefore,to attach importance to the influence of the environment of the port construction project,and find out the key factors of the environmental impact of the port construction project,which is beneficial to the improvement of the environmental impact of the port construction project.This thesis first analyzes the background and significance of the research,analysis of the two aspects and from the environmental impact of the port construction project evaluation and AHP method,a comprehensive analysis of related researches at home and abroad,at the same time the research ideas and contents of this thesis;secondly the meaning and characteristics of the port construction project,and points out that the three theories the environmental impact of port construction project: ecology theory,environmental economics theory and the theory of sustainable development;the analysis of influencing factors of port construction projects on the environment from the four aspects of natural environment,ecological environment,economic environment,social environment,and establishes the index system of environmental impact assessment of the port construction project combined with the establishment of evaluation index system at the same time,in principle;analytic hierarchy based method principle,advantages and steps,applied to the port construction project ring In the evaluation of environmental impact,the measures to reduce the environmental impact of the port construction project are put forward based on the evaluation results and the actual situation of the project.
