| In recent years, due to the energy, environment and climate issues, such as greenhouse gas emissions, many countries in the world have started to deal with the problem of greenhouse gases, following the 1992 "United Nations Framework Convention on climate change" and the "Kyoto Protocol" in 1997,another international legal texts with historical significance--the "Paris agreement" has officially entered into force in November 4,2016.It will provide effective norms for global carbon emissions after 2020.In the framework of "Paris agreement",China made important commitments that carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP will drop 60% to 65% than the 2005 by 2030,and strive to reach the carbon emissions’ peak as soon as possible. In order to achieve this goal,we need to give targeted recommendations to various regions and provinces and make positive efforts. This paper deals with all provinces’ data of China. The country is divided into three regions to explore the differences of influencing factors among three regions. All analysis aims to provide a theoretical basis to develop greenhouse gas emission reduction policies. The main research results are as follows:This paper selects 1997,2002,2007 and 2012 Chinese provincial carbon emissions data as the research object, using exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA)techniques, such as global carbon emissions statistics analysis, autocorrelation analysis and local autocorrelation analysis,Moran plot analysis and LISA cluster analysis. Results show that China carbon emissions are not randomly distributed, but with a certain spatial correlation; The selection of influencing factors include GDP per capita, population, energy intensity, degree of dependence on foreign trade and foreign investment dependence, and carbon emissions data as dependent variables,we build a GWR model. At first,we use the method of ordinary least squares(OLS)model to estimate the value of each variable, and then use the GWR model with spatial weight estimation method. Finally we find the result of GWR model is better to reflect the problem;According to the model variables regression coefficient, the country is divided into 3 regions, and comparing it with our traditional east, middle and west regions,we discover different influence of the variables on different zones. Results show that there is great unity between the two,but also differences, this paper analyzes these differences and explain the reasons. |
