Abstract/Summary:
In consideration of characteristics of typical phosphorous mine,this thesis throws light upon a research on ventilation network structure and airflow control plan.It aims to make the airflow quality and volume meet the requirements and ensure workers’ safety and health.At first,research on characteristics of ventilation system and ventilation network structure is conducted.Then,in order to adapt to calculation of ventilation system in phosphorous mine,ventilation system calculation software is improved.It adopts C #software developed by DXperience.The software supports formats of xml and xls and can realize input and output of data.It takes natural air pressure and other factor into consideration.It is suitable for calculation of large and medium-sized air networks.Calculation of ventilation resistance and natural air pressure are specially studied.Additionally,airflow regulating devices and control system were studied,such as auxiliary fan,automatic air door,air regulator and so on.And makes a design for the automatic air door.Air ingredients,measuring methods for dust and harmful gas were researched.By means of using the improved software,it comes out the airflow control plan of SH phosphorous mine.Occupational harmful factors are measured after the plan has been used.Taking SH mine as an example,this article optimized the ventilation and uses the improved software to calculate.It takes ventilation resistance,natural air pressure and regulating means into consideration.Air ingredients and dust and harmful gas are measured.By transformation of ventilation system,qualification rate of O2 density,CO2 density and CO density can all meet the requirements.In comparison of the situation before,airflow quality underground is obviously improved.
