With the continuous expansion of mining scale and the increase of mining depth,the complexity of geological conditions and the degree of mechanization have made great changes in mining conditions and production modes,and the subsequent difficulties in mine ventilation have gradually emerged.The insufficiency of mine ventilation has seriously affected mine production and workers'safety.Diagnosis of ventilation system in metal mines can find out problems in mine in time so as to formulate control measures in time.Firstly,the diagnosis method of ventilation system in metal mines is studied.After studying the concept and common methods of fault diagnosis,a knowledge-based diagnosis method of ventilation system is proposed.Making full use of the characteristics and advantages of experience knowledge,structure knowledge and model knowledge,a diagnostic method of ventilation system with mixed knowledge is established,which combines shallow knowledge with deep knowledge.Taking Shandong Gold Jiaojia Gold Mine as an example,a detailed diagnosis is made.After the establishment of the expert group,the symptoms of the mine are summarized,then the air demand of the mine is calculated in detail,and the problems of the mine ventilation system are analyzed according to the calculation results.Then the causes of the underground fog are qualitatively analyzed according to the enthalpy-humidity change model of the gas.According to the diagnosis,there are four problems in Jiaojia Gold Mine:complex and changeable ventilation system,insufficient power of mine ventilation equipment,disorderly arrangement of mine ventilation structure and inadequate management of mine ventilation.The expert group of mine ventilation system diagnosis suggests that the fogging phenomenon of mine be further investigated and studied,and the ventilation system of mine be optimized.Subsequently,the causes of needle mist were analyzed and the first measurement was carried out in January 2018.Based on the first measurement data,the changes of temperature and humidity at the fogging site were analyzed.In June 2018,the second mine measurement was carried out,and then the temperature and humidity changes at the same measuring points in summer and winter were compared and analyzed.The causes of fogging were analyzed according to the difference of temperature and humidity in the two seasons.In January 2019,the temperature and humidity of the mine were measured for several consecutive days,and the continuous changes of temperature and humidity at the fogging site were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the existing ways of fog control,combined with the causes of fog formation in Jiaojia Gold Mine,the control measures of Jiaojia Gold Mine are formulated.Finally,the paper establishes the ventilation system model of Jiaojia Gold Mine based on the optimization method of ventilation measurement data inversion,simulates different ventilation system optimization schemes,and then compares and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each bill and chooses the best scheme for implementation.The research result of this paper realizes the combination of theoretical analysis and field practice.The ventilation system of Shandong Gold Jiaojia Gold Mine is diagnosed based on the diagnosis method of mixed knowledge.The fogging phenomenon in the mine is analyzed,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.At the same time,based on the inversion method of roadway parameters,this paper establishes the ventilation system simulation model of Jiaojia Gold Mine,formulates the ventilation optimization scheme of Jiaojia Gold Mine,and solves the ventilation difficulties existing in the mine.
