The environment of urban river is the important factors that restrict the urban development,affect urban style and features,and it is important for the improvement of human living conditions.With the speeding up of urbanization and population,Tianjin urban river water quality is generally poor,some of local river depriving blooms because of too much nutrient.Focusing on the present situation of the water quality of Tianjin central river network,the hydrating effect is poor,which is not up to standard.According to the central city river terrain and connecting layout,brake pump engineering layout and scale,using a one-dimensional hydrodynamic-water quality coupling model of water flow movement characteristics under the status of filling water solution and hydrating effect analysis and evaluation.According to water quality factors,make the optimizing control scheme and water quality purification scheme,and the degree of filling water and water quality purification effect simulation verification,summarize and put forward the final joint optimal regulation of water quality purification techniques of comprehensive solutions.On the basis of this,estimated that the maximum discharge volume allowed by the river channel and the total amount of water in water circulation in one year.The research content andmain results of this paper are as follows:1)The water quality coupling simulation model of the urban river network in Tianjin is established.According to the numerical simulation results,analyzed the water rate,the time of water retention,the displacement cycle and the tracer of concentration.Summarized the water quality problems of the secondary river,then put forward the main cause of river water quality problems such as no effective filling water channel,continues the upstream discharge sewage,incomplete sewage,sediment and so on.2)Based on the analysis of river water quality is not standard cause kinds of optimizing control strategy was proposed,for the optimizing control scheme under the simulated analysis of hydrating effect.The paper puts forward the technique of physical,chemical and bio-ecological purification for improving river water quality,and evaluates the application effect of EHBR technology.Finally put forward the change ratio of flow,add hydrating import and export,period of time partition hydrating,decorate in the cecum reach water purification device combined with the dispersion of periodic replacement to improve river water environment comprehensive strategy,implement the joint control of river water,operable and practical guiding significance.3)Estimated the largest amount of each channel allows hydrating water from water source under the condition of water quality purification and optimization control scheme.Better water allows the greater amount of waste water,which depends on the river flow and volume.When there is no waste water,the overall cost of filling water is 48 million m~3in one year,the overall cost of filling water depends on the the pollution level.So under the condition of strengthening sewage available limited filling water,we can use the resources effectively to improve the environment of Tianjin central river network.
