Urban river is an important part of the city,bearing the function of urban landscape and flood control and drainage,is the basic component of urban development,but in some cities of China,the river channelization is serious,the river network is broken,the hydrodynamic conditions are poor,the water environment capacity is low,the water quality in some areas is seriously deteriorated,and the river black odor problem is prominent.For Tianjin city center secondary river water environmental capacity is low,the status quo of river hydrating effect is poor,this paper analyzes the variety of types of Tianjin river during the rainy season and the change law of water quality of the rainy season,carried out in situ river compound purification plant purification effect test,quantify its on the improvement of the river water environment capacity,based on the above content to form the central urban area of Tianjin compound purification plant layout strategy and plan.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the water quality monitoring data of secondary river courses in the central city of Tianjin from 2018 to 2020 were collected,and the water quality problems of secondary river courses in the central city were classified and summarized based on the existing water replenishing schemes and water replenishing records.The results show that the water environmental capacity of the secondary river in the central city of Tianjin is generally low,and the river water quality changes in rainy season and non-rainy season are different.Influenced by the hydrodynamic conditions of the river and the water replenishment efficiency,different river pollution conditions and the purification time by water replenishment after pollution are also slightly different.(2)Aimed at the problem of lower secondary river water environmental capacity in Tianjin,using compound purification devices to improve river water environment status quo,based on in situ test quantitative compound purification plant purification effect of pollutants,its purification rate of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,respectively 0.1049 and 0.0449 d-d-1 1,although the purification device can improve water environmental capacity of the channel,but the purification cycle is long,hard to ease the river pollution problem in a relatively short time.(3)According to Tianjin city center existing water quality problem,comprehensive analysis of compound purification devices and hydrating synergy effects on the improvement of the river,formed the purification of time-sharing partition strategy,urban runoff of the rainy season and the rainy season under different strategies of purification effect is simulated and discussed,and river channel under the current recommendations obtained by calculation of water environmental capacity.
