A Study Of The Prevention And Control Of Smog In Hunan

Environmental protection and sustainable development have become a hot spot of international attention.In recent years,smoggy weather which exist with a high frequency had affected the daily life of the people.Haze attracted the attention of scholars and the public as a kind of public crisis.Obviously,this is not just an ecological issue.So it's inevitable to control the smog,and it's a task faced by both the Government and ordinary people.The study treat smog control measures in Hunan province as the object of study,try to solve the problem of smog control in local place,thereby make smog control measures targeted and operable.The study used literature research method,investigation research method and comparative analysis method,and proposed public policy suggestions from the angles of Government,social organizations,and citizens,based on the current situation of governance in Hunan.Thus the rational allocation of resources is strengthened,and the smog control processes in Hunan is promoted.This study firstly described the background and meaning behind the study,combined smog control related policies at home and abroad,and analyzed the present situation.Secondly,it detailed the current situation of smog control in Hunan,described the concept of smog and the main reason why smog is formed,analyzed the present situation and problem of smog control in Hunan,thus made a good research base.The study analyzed smog controlling course of both home and abroad,and found some related advanced governance experience and ripe smog control measures.These experience and ripe measures from both home and abroad can play an important reference role in smog control of Hunan province.Apparently,the analysis showed some insufficient in specific measures of smog problem governance in Hunan,the study targeted related problems and proposed how to improve them,and discussed the focus point of governance work.Finally,the study put forward relevant recommendations of the smog control in Hunan province,based on the governance situation of Hunan,and viewed from the angles of Government,social organizations,and citizens.The study attempted to achieve rational allocation of resources,and promote the smog control process.
