Study On Modern Fashion Design Of Paper-cut Style

Chinese traditional paper-cutting culture is listed as a world intangible cultural heritage,and as Chinese we should not only be proud of it,but to carry forward the traditional Chinese paper-cutting culture.Paper-cutting is based on a wide range of materials,most come from the surrounding objects.The shape is vivid and interesting and has certain decorative meaning.The expression is exaggerated and bold,which is an affirmation of the wisdom of the working people.Paper-cutting art is also constantly being perfected.People take paper-cutting as a kind of spiritual sustenance,thus each paper-cutting has its unique meaning.This thesis is divided into five chapters,as follows:it sorts out the paper-cutting of the south,north,the area of Jiangsu and Zhejiang respectively,then makes analysis and conclusion.By listing and analyzing the paper-cutting works of local famous artists,the author works out the style and features of local paper-cutting.It's inaccurate to say that the southern paper-cutting is exquisite and graceful,while the northern paper-cutting is wild and uninhibited.For example,the paper-cutting works of Shaanxi's Ku Shulan are exquisite and graceful.The traditional features of paper-cutting art are widely used in various fields,such as interior decoration,stage building,Logo design,architectural design and fashion creative design.Many foreign designers put the Chinese paper-cutting culture with fashion show all over the world,our designer also began to explore and research it.So far,there have been a lot of stylized paper-cutting fashion show to be displayed in front of the world.The designer should make analysis of the existing stylized paper-cutting fashion case,draw on the advantages of the predecessors,discard their shortcomings,and make a perfect performance in the design.This thesis is the study and summary of the nationalized fashion design method and thinking and rules of modern fashion design innovation and the design of modern fashion scheme of paper-cutting.Combined with many literature learning and relevant design experience at clothing design company,the author hopes to provide a reference theory and method for the application of paper-cutting in fashion design field.
