With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards,the requirements for sewage treatment plants' intelligence are increasing.This paper chooses the membrane bio-reactor as the sewage treatment process,and designs an automatic control system for sewage treatment plants based on the intelligent control strategy.The system consists of PLC,IPC and field processing equipment.First of all,the paper focuses on the design of the control strategy of liquid level regulation in all aspects of sewage treatment,including the raw-processing and aeration pool level control,aeration process control,back-flushing and dosing system process control.Then the paper does the research on the simulation of the whole system.The traditional sewage treatment system mostly adopts PID controller to achieve constant liquid level control,which do not have ideal performances in complex and nonlinear systems.In order to solve this problem,the fuzzy PID controller and PID neural network are designed for the core part of sewage treatment,that is,the MBR pool level control strategy.The simulation is carried out under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that compared with the traditional controller,the system's adjustment time is greatly reduced,the response speed is faster.When the system's characteristics changes,the system can still maintain good control performance.Finally,the intelligent control system for sewage treatment is designed and implemented.The paper designs the lower computer software program running on PLC,configuration software and man-machine interface in detail.Using PLC as controller,the lower computer system integrates part of the intelligent control strategies,and forms the control loop with field devices.A touch screen is adopted as the man-machine interface for monitor,and communicates with the upper computer through serial port.The system has three control methods including remote control,machine control and automatic control.The system works well and the management functions are perfect.
