With the improvement of quality of life,Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases become the number one killer of mankind,The consumption of unsaturated fatty acids in vegetable oil can reduce the high incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,Fatty acid in vegetable oil is mainly in the form of unsaturated fatty acids,so people gradually began to pay attention to the health effects of edible vegetable oil.In the vegetable oil is a high content of unsaturated fatty acids in tea oil and olive oil.Camellia oleifera seed is one of the main economic income of forest farmers in China,Product quality relates to the development of industry,the relationship between the income of forest farmers and consumer health.In recent years,oil tea seed oil industry is developing rapidly,But research on the quality risk of Camellia oleifera seed oil is seldom,As well as for the main pollutants in vegetable oil benzo[α]pyrene determination of the detection method is obsolete,inefficient and so on,In this paper,the following results are obtained:1)In this paper,the existing standards and the previous study of benzo[α]pyrene detection method based on the continue to be summed up,The method of extraction and purification of benzo[α]pyrene in edible vegetable oil was optimized.And through different extraction methods using different purification methods,And the recovery of benzo[α]pyrene was measured by different instruments,Benzo[α]pyrene was used to improve recovery and precision,and to increase the time efficiency of the detection,The detection limit of this method is 0.1μg/kg,Standard curve in the range of 0.1ug/kg50ug/kg has a good linear relationship,The recoveries in the range of 2.0ng5.0ng benzo[α]pyrene were 95.18%97.44%,The relative standard deviation RSD%is 1.12 to 2.63,Method avoids mentioned in the national standard the complicated operation such as manual loading and manual purification etc,The invention has the advantages of simple and convenient operation,less solvent,high recovery rate,good stability,short testing time and the like.2)The qualified rate of total arsenic,lead and aflatoxin B1 in Camellia oleifera seed oil products did not exceed the standard.While the three indicators of relatively low yield are acid value,peroxide value and benzo[α]pyrene.3)The results of histogram and probability-probability scattergram show that the three indexes of total arsenic,acid value and peroxide value in Camellia oleifera oil products are basically in accordance with normal distribution.While the data of lead and benzo[α]pyrene did not show normal distribution.4)Contamination index analysis showed that the comprehensive pollution index of oilseed oil was 0.625<1.0,Camellia oleifera seed oil product quality and safety is safe and controllable range.The content of lead in Camellia oleifera seed oil was higher than that of other indexes,Followed by the higher benzo[α]pyrene contamination.
