How to train high-quality talents in line with the actual production through vocational education has become an urgent problem to be solved in the reform of vocational education.In this context,the state vigorously develops and reforms secondary vocational education.The Ministry of education points out that vocational schools pay more attention to "employment" or "work" oriented in curriculum teaching and personnel training,so as to promote the development of students’ professional and non professional abilities.As a basic course of mechanical engineering,metalworking practice in secondary vocational school can be quickly transformed into practical work ability,which has high application value.However,in the past metalworking practice,there are many problems,such as "theory and practice disjointed","teacher led,student passive learning","poor effect of non professional ability training",etc,Therefore,this research aims at these problems,through the project teaching method as the leading,design wechat teaching platform as the auxiliary means,write a set of comprehensive practical training project teaching program suitable for secondary vocational school,to improve students’ learning autonomy,exercise and develop their non professional ability,and promote the overall improvement of students’ comprehensive quality.The main contents of this study are as follows:Through literature review,to understand the deficiencies of current project teaching method and metalworking practice course in the past research;This paper makes a questionnaire survey on the current teaching situation of metalworking practice course in Guizhou mechanical industry school and analyzes its problems.Taking a mechanical processing factory as an example,it finds out the opinions and suggestions of enterprises on metalworking practice course through interviews.In view of the existing problems and suggestions,taking the idea of project teaching method as the main line,a set of comprehensive practical training project "small truck" is designed,which is composed of teaching tasks of fitter,common lathe and welder.The corresponding teaching evaluation system is improved with the diversified evaluation thought of teaching method,highlighting the process evaluation and setting up various evaluation methods;Combined with its typical steps,set up a group learning based project teaching program.In the whole course teaching plan,the WeChat official account is designed as a platform for WeChat teaching platform,which is suitable for metalworking practice.It has functions such as online answering,video teaching,online examination,etc.,to assist the implementation of the whole project teaching plan and enhance the level of information teachingThe teaching plan of "multi work comprehensive training project" course designed in this study was implemented in Guizhou mechanical industry school.The experimental class and the comparative class were selected and the research plan was implemented in the way of comparative experiment;And through the examination of theory papers,questionnaire survey and teacher interview,the paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation effect of the curriculum teaching program.The research results show that the curriculum project teaching scheme with "multi work comprehensive training project" as the core and wechat teaching platform as the auxiliary promotes the development of various non professional abilities and the improvement of learning autonomy of students,improves the teaching effect of theoretical knowledge and students’ interest in learning,and promotes the overall development of students at different ability levels.
