Abstract/Summary:
Spinning technology is a processing technology of metal plastic forming.It has many advantages,such as chip free processing,high precision and low power consumption,and is widely used in manufacturing of complex curved surface parts with high accuracy,light weight and high stability.The die-less spinning is a spinning forming paradigm instead of the specific mandrel by universal mandrel,which can realize flexible spinning forming.However,because of lack of support,the machining process is unstable,the local forming is poor,and the shape accuracy is low.In order to solve the technical problems,the composite support of auxiliary mandrel and main-auxiliary roller(AMMAR)were related to research on the spinning forming method,through the contrast support fillet after optimization selection,and then the AMMAR on single forming and sectional the forming of the experimental platform based on the optimized,finally puts forward the forming mode of the first section of the deflection gradual forming path,the forming quality of workpiece has been continuously optimized,so as to obtain good forming quality of the workpiece,the specific contents are as follows.Study on the mechanism and support parameters based on AMMAR spinning forming.First introduced the composite support of auxiliary core die,main roller and auxiliary roller spinning simulation modeling method for acquisition,validation,simulation model and experimental platform and experimental work based on experimental data,the relationship and combining with experiment and simulation method of spinning support the fillet parameters and the forming quality of the related researchStudy on the forming of single pass spinning based on AMMAR.Firstly,single pass spinning forming mechanism based on AMMAR is analyzed,and then through the experimental method to study the main and auxiliary roller spacing to influence the forming quality,and finally studies the main and auxiliary roller feed ratio and the relationship between the forming quality.Study on segment forming of multi pass spinning forming based on AMMAR spinning forming,after conversion is applied to the AMMAR spinning forming based on composite support,and then based on AMMAR segment forming,pass times and feed ratio relationship between the forming quality and the purpose is the theoretical basis,segment forming mode selection provides the processing parameters for AMMAR.Study on optimization of AMMAR spinning section forming.Firstly,sectional forming roller is the main and auxiliary return trajectory design and optimize the sectional forming mode first by deflection type incremental forming trajectory is proposed,then the method to return the variable feed,in order to further improve the wall thickness of the forming quality.Finally,corresponding to compensate shape deviation,in order to improve the precision of shape forming.Segmentation of multi pass spinning forming applications based on AMMAR.For different spinning pieces,processing of target is obtained by after contour curve fitting curve,and then not optimized and the optimized segmentation were used respectively to multi-channel time spinning forming of sheet metal forming way,trajectory optimization,optimization including feed ratio optimization and profile deviation compensation optimization.The experimental results show that the optimized forming method can improve the maximum thickness reduction of the test pieces and improve the contour accuracy of the test pieces.
